Be Authentic

Come as yourself. Use your real identity. Represent yourself honestly. Don't pretend to be someone you're not. Authentic people create authentic relationships.

Be Respectful

Behind every profile is another human being. Treat people with kindness—even when conversations don't go the way you hoped. Respect people's boundaries, preferences, and decisions. No one owes anyone a reply, a date, or a relationship.

Be Curious

Ask questions. Listen. Get to know people. The best conversations begin with genuine curiosity.

Be Considerate

Think before you send something. A message that feels funny to you may feel uncomfortable to someone else. If you're unsure whether something is appropriate, it probably isn't.

Be Safe

Look out for yourself. Look out for others. If something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts. Use the reporting tools whenever necessary.

Be Honest

Say who you are. Use recent photos. Share truthful information. Don't intentionally mislead people. Relationships built on honesty start better.

Fake Accounts & Impersonation

Do not:

• pretend to be another person;
• create fake profiles;
• use another person's photographs;
• impersonate public figures;
• misrepresent your age or identity; or
• create duplicate accounts to avoid enforcement.

We want people to meet real people.

Harassment & Bullying

Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who has made it clear they are no longer interested. Examples include:

• repeated unwanted messages;
• insults;
• intimidation;
• degrading comments;
• encouraging others to harass someone; or
• targeting another member.

Hate & Discrimination

24 has zero tolerance for content that attacks or promotes hatred toward people based on protected characteristics. This includes:

• race;
• ethnicity;
• nationality;
• religion;
• disability;
• sex;
• gender identity;
• sexual orientation; or
• other protected characteristics under applicable law.

Healthy disagreement is welcome. Dehumanizing others is not.

Violence

Do not promote, glorify, encourage, or threaten violence. This includes:

• physical threats;
• violent imagery intended to intimidate;
• encouraging harm toward others;
• terrorist content; or
• organized criminal activity.

Immediate safety concerns may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

Sexual Content

24 is intended for dating—not explicit content. Do not share:

• pornography;
• explicit sexual images;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• sexually exploitative material;
• content involving minors; or
• sexually coercive messages.

Always respect consent.

Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to use 24. Any account believed to belong to someone under 18 may be removed. Content involving the exploitation of minors will be reported to appropriate authorities.

Illegal Activity

Do not use 24 to:

• buy or sell illegal goods;
• facilitate criminal activity;
• traffic prohibited substances;
• commit fraud; or
• encourage unlawful conduct.

Scams & Fraud

Never use 24 to deceive others for financial or personal gain. This includes:

• romance scams;
• fake investment opportunities;
• phishing;
• identity theft;
• payment fraud;
• referral fraud;
• fake giveaways; or
• impersonation for financial benefit.

Spam & Commercial Promotion

24 is for building relationships—not unsolicited advertising. Do not:

• send spam;
• promote businesses without authorization;
• recruit for multi-level marketing;
• harvest contact information;
• artificially inflate referrals; or
• manipulate promotions.

Official Ambassador Program activities are permitted only in accordance with their rules.

Privacy

Respect other people's privacy. Do not:

• publish someone's personal information;
• share private conversations without permission;
• record people without consent where required by law;
• dox another member; or
• threaten to reveal private information.

Intellectual Property

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Respect:

• copyrights;
• trademarks;
• publicity rights; and
• creative work belonging to others.

Platform Integrity

Do not attempt to interfere with 24. Examples include:

• hacking;
• reverse engineering;
• automated bots;
• scraping;
• manipulating recommendations;
• exploiting bugs; or
• bypassing security systems.
